Project Proposal Application

The AFSC is continuously applying for funding to bring money into Amador County and working to develop projects that will protect the County from the threat of wildfire. From Community Fuel Breaks to Ingress/Egress vegetation removal, we welcome ideas from our community and would love to hear from you! The AFSC Project Review Board reviews submitted Project Proposal's quarterly and upon approval, coordinates with the resident/s who submitted the proposal, local Forester's and other contractors to implement the project and see it through to completion.

Due to current staffing constraints, our Project Proposal Process is taking longer than anticipated. Please know that your projects and ideas are important to us, and we will work within our capacity to bring them before the Project Review Board. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
