The AFSC has implemented a quarterly forum in which those involved with the Firewise USA program within Amador County, and those interested in the program, can meet to discuss various topics regarding Firewise. These topics include: starting a new Firewise neighborhood, policy and procedure updates from NFPA and Cal Fire, helpful information and best practices, and an opportunity to meet fellow Firewise community members within the county.
